Swedish indie-rockers Dungen [ ] have laid prohibited a US headlining golf-club tour to back their forthcoming new studio album, "4," which hits stores this fall.
The neo-psychedelic outfit--which is light-emitting diode by singer/composer Gustav Ejstes, who plays most of the instruments on the band's recordings--will hit 13 North American cities on the late-year run, which kicks off Oct. 24 in Brooklyn, NY.

"4," which drops Sept. 30 in the US, is the band's fifth studio album and the follow-up to last year's critically acclaimed "Tio Bitar" ("Ten Pieces" in English). The coiffe is the group's first effort with new drummer Johan Holmegard joining Ejstes, guitarist Reine Fiske and bassist Mattias Gustavsson.
Ejstes, wHO also handled the album's production, continues the band's tradition of Swedish-only lyrics, but steps away from guitar on the new release to concentrate on piano as his lead instrument both in the studio and on level, according to a press release.
A circumscribed edition 12" vinyl version of the disc's first-class honours degree single, "Satt Att Se," is presently available for pre-order through Dungen's internet site, which as well includes a streaming variant of the track.
